Z's Poll, Round Two
Hey, people! Remember my nephew's survey? The one with the really appalling math? Well, he has figured out a way to turn that horrible assignment into SCIENCE. (Largely because he enjoyed doing the first poll so much, but his study design is really good. I am impressed.)

He needs your help.

Please go to this page [ETA: Link removed! Project completed!] (Admire his grasp of the beauty of simple page design! Admire his excellent use of exclamation points to convey sincerity!) and follow the link for whichever letter your first name starts with. (You won't be asked for your name, of course.) There are only three questions, and there are many exclamation points. Also, creative spelling.

And, again, he needs many many responses. (This time, Survey Monkey will not break.) Go! Vote! Bring your friends! If you feel like linking to this, please do!

I thank you, my sister thanks you, and my nephew definitely thanks you. You have introduced a boy to the wonders of social networking and polling. He may never be the same.

Indeed. We are very proud of exclamation pointage. (Exclamation pointillism?)

You might suggest that boy/girl pick one is rather limiting, if he does a third survey later. Filled out my survey, though =)

Actually, we had two comments on this topic very early on, so the nephew got the "gender isn't one of those binary things, kiddo" speech, and he changed the surveys. Yay for education!

Alas, TFV's nephew, I tried to fill out your survey but was unable to do so b/c I could not mesh my gender identity with either of the options presented in question two.

But good luck with your exciting journey into ~*~SCIENCE~*~!

We have explained to him that not everyone fits into those categories, and he's added an "other" option. Education AND science!

Will we get to see the results?

I will ask him to take pictures of his science fair poster! After all, he's got to learn about the importance of making results available to subjects.

Ha ha ha! He was VERY CONCERNED that people were going to genderswap themselves. "Answer truthfully!!!!!!"

Well, you know people. Switching up genders every minute unless you specifically tell them not to. Fortunately, he's got that covered.

I think your nephew has just proven scientifically that you know many middle aged women. Huzzah!! Always happy to help out. :D

Thank you for clicking!

And, yeah, using my LJ to recruit participants does create a sliiiiight amount of range restriction. *g*

I agree nephew now has a set of answers from a shockingly high number of women in their 30's.

Thank you!

And, yeah, fandom is a little range restricted. I'm looking forward to seeing how he explains subject recruitment in his poster.

Dude, your nephew is so insanely cute :]

I was going to comment here something to the effect of: "HE HAS THREE CHOICES FOR GENDER, WHAT KIND OF AMAZING AND PRECOCIOUS--" and then I read the other comments. Augh, my heart, hahaha ♥

I have done my bit for science! And I too was pleased that there were not simply two options for gender, and endeavoured to answer as truthfully as I could.

Done and done! We should all encourage signs of emerging fanboy-ism.
